Membership Application To apply for membership to Hornsby & District Chamber of Commerce & Industry Inc (HDCCI) simply download and fill in the appropriate application form for the current month. For example; if the current month is April download the April Application Form. The application fee for the month of joining varies as the official membership renewal month is July of each year. Each month’s membership fee is calculated for the months remaining till the next July when your membership renewal fee will be for a full 12 months and so it will continue for every year of membership following your initial membership fee. Each new membership fee contains a $50 plus GST one off joining fee for administrative purposes. HDCCI Berowra & District Sub-Chamber Businesses that are located north of the Suburb; Asquith, will also become members of the Hornsby Chamber Berowra & District Sub-Chamber.
